Return and Refund Shipping Delivery Policy

please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Return

Our policy lasts 24 hours after delivery of the product. If 24 hours have gone by since your product was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery

Cancellation

Once an order is submitted, we begin preparing to ship out the product. In case of cancellation, please send us an email to info@nuboxstore.in within two hours of your order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@nuboxstore.in.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nuboxstore.in within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Anjani International (Nubox) is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).

Anjani International (Nubox) is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
